It's been over 3 weeks that I have made an order of $286.84 and since then it has not been shipped or updated. I tried to contact you on e-mail, facebook, instagram and yet I still received no response. Please some update would be appreciated. Otherwise, to follow the proper procedure of customer safety I'll have to report it to my credit card company and insurance agency to make an investigation. Thank You.
